I'm 36. I live in Port Orchard, WA, with my partner of 15 years, two cats and a dog, and various woodsy animals
like spiders, snakes, and bats. I've been an alternative public school special education teacher most of my life.
I love words, art, music, and a good argument, and I work for social justice every day. And I vote.
About this blog. For some reason, I've always thought that my 37th year would be magical in some way, so
I guess this blog is the record of something I haven't yet seen coming. I'm trying to learn how to sit more comfortably
with ambiguity.
"Some stories don't have a clear beginning, middle, and end. Life is about not
knowing, having to change, taking the moment and making the best of it, without knowing what's going to happen next.
Delicious ambiguity...."
